Minőségi, kétsoros tavaszi árpából készült, Cseh alapmaláta. Sladovny Soufflet CR az egyik legnagyobb Cseh maláta gyártó, amit 1869-ben alapítottak, aki prémium minőségi malátákat gyárt Kraft főzdéknek is. Csak Cseh árpát használnak a malátázás során, ami biztosítja a kimagasló minőséget. Ha alap malátáról van szó ki másban bízhatnánk, mint a csehekben? Ha a Viking malátáknál egy jobb minőségű alap malátát keresel, aminek kedvező az árfekvése, akkor ezt a malátát neked ajánljuk!Magas enzimtartalommal, és jó kihozatali tulajdonságokkal rendelkezik. Használható magában is, de kiváló harmóniát alkot más alap/speciális malátákkal.Ideális választás szinte bármilyen sör alapjának. Egy kicsit sötétebb halvány arany színt, és kellemes malátás,édes, mogyorós-kekszes aromát ad a sörnek.
