Csak Cseh árpát/búzát használnak a malátázás során, ami biztosítja a kimagasló minőséget. Ha alap malátáról van szó ki másban bízhatnánk, mint a csehekben? Ha a Viking malátáknál egy jobb minőségű alap malátát keresel, aminek kedvező az árfekvése, akkor ezt a malátát neked ajánljuk!Magas enzimtartalommal, és jó kihozatali tulajdonságokkal rendelkezik. Tökéletes választás bármilyen búzasör alapjának max 80%-ig, de szinte bármilyen sörtípusba használható kisebb mennyiségben. Halvány arany színt, testességet,habtartósságot és kellemes malátás,fanyar,frissítő aromát ad a sörnek.

It is obtained exclusively from barley grown in the Czech Republic from traditional varieties (Bojos, Laudis, Stamgast)..The enzyme-strong and extract-rich Wheat Malt is the base malt, alone or combined, for all kinds of exceptional and great-tasting beers. Even with high special malt contents in the bulk, this malt provides the ideal basis for optimum processing in production and, as a result, the basis for the best top-quality beers of all kinds.

At Prostejov malt house, a contemporary seat of SLADOVNY SOUFFLET CR, the first production was launched as early as in 1869. The youngest malt house in Kromeriz produced its first malt in 1997.
SLADOVNY SOUFFLET CR is an owner of a historical trade mark TCHECOMALT, which has been already known since 20ties of the last century. Our company builds on its history even today.
